　　林天为给师傅报仇向澳门博彩协会会长梅少龙提出挑战，只有这样，才可以获得当年师傅出事时的资料。挑战赛上，林天得知师叔谢正环已被老常务一只耳的徒弟柳峰杀害。林天找柳峰报仇，却发现师妹孟双双也遭绑架，她牺牲自己救了林天。 林天被送进戒治所，他认为这一切都是梅少龙所为。戒治所中，林天与室友死爱钱结为患难兄弟，并结识了一只耳，这才了解到，一只耳与自己师父，以及梅少龙的过往秘辛。 挑战赌神之日，消失多年的李春生突然现身。原来，李春生是害林天家破人亡的罪魁祸首。而梅少龙则是为保护林天而隐身多年。林天用今非昔比的赌术战胜了李春生，不仅为民除害，也成为了新一代赌神。

　　讲述1973年，少女贝丝离开南方乡村老家，前往纽约大学读书，她亲爱的叔叔弗兰克是位受人尊敬的文学教授，贝丝很快发现弗兰克是同性恋，和长期伴侣沃利住在一起，而这个秘密他隐瞒了多年。在弗兰克父亲/贝丝的祖父突然去世后，弗兰克不得不回家参加葬礼，并最终面对一个埋藏已久、他的整个成年生活都在逃避的创伤。

　　生活清贫的牛仔乔恩（乔恩·沃伊特 Jon Voight 饰）从老家来到纽约讨生活，他自认为风流倜傥，因此想在纽约当个男妓混口饭吃。当他第一天来到纽约时，就在大街上勾搭女人。不料，人地生疏的他生意不成反而亏了20块钱。沮丧不已的乔恩遇到了专靠骗点小钱为生的里佐（达斯汀·霍夫曼 Dustin Hoffman 饰），里佐骗乔恩说他认识一个男妓集团的首脑，但要收20元作为中介费。最后里佐只是把乔恩介绍给了一个同性恋的皮条客，愤怒不已的乔恩随后找到了里佐。里佐收留了无家可归的乔恩，两人渐渐成了无所不谈的好朋友。 寒冷的纽约冬天，两人过的十分辛酸，以至于衣食无着，里佐也没有钱买药治病
　　里佐向往着迈阿密的生活，他邀请乔恩和他一起到迈阿密去闯世界。生活无着的两人这晚来到一家地下酒吧去碰运气，当乔恩终于搞到一单生意后，体力不支的里佐摔下了楼梯。奄奄一息的里佐此时最记挂的仍是迈阿密家乡的阳光，乔为了完成朋友的愿望，开始铤而走险。

　　影片讲述了县剧团的小名角彩云到上海寻找“明星梦”的故事。彩云在上海投靠了从小青梅竹马的朋友——担任摄影助理的阿伟之后，突然明白大上海是如此千变万化的世界，阿伟也只能住在即将拆迁的房子里。梦想变得遥不可及，但是阿伟却在理想主义潘导演的影响下，拍摄着老电影人赵丹和黄宗英的纪录片。赵丹和黄宗英对于电影的热爱，以及俩人在拍电影时产生的爱情，这些都对应着彩云与阿伟之间的生活和爱情。

The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family__APOS__s history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it__APOS__s the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family__APOS__s world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe__APOS__s clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 　　故事主要讲述了几世前一位默默无名的小药童，不愿与无良药商同流合污，用生命守护药草，最终药草吸附了药童的鲜血有了灵性。几世轮回，以钩藤为首的四味药草（钩藤、曼罗、水苏、豆蔻）幻化为药灵，有了人的模样，他们必须再次寻找到一位真心驭药人，用鲜血滋养药身，才能真正修炼成仙。而一旦他们成仙，世间也便再无这味药草。云来镇小药师林东笙，心怀济世之梦，努力寻找这四味绝迹药草治病救人。在双方互相寻找的过程中，曼罗等终于发现林东笙即前世用命守护自己的种药小子，想要报恩时，却被与林家世代结仇的刘虎设下诡计，陷害林东笙蓄意下毒，引来官府及药灵谷的双重追杀。曼罗为保护林东笙不惜与钩藤、水苏等决裂，在拯救苍生与自我获益之间，每个人都面临着重要抉择……

　　因为父亲的遗嘱，离家十五年的小菲（周迅 饰）被同父异母的姐姐璎子（邬君梅 饰）派人接回了家。小菲母亲的低微出身让小菲从小便立誓要作一个有出息的女人，然尔姐姐那种高高在上的贵族气质对小菲同样充满了诱惑，小菲慢慢的习惯了有姐姐的日子，她似乎又找到了家的感觉。当小菲得知姐姐只是想利用她拿到遗产然后和自己的爱人黄先生（王志文 饰）出国时，小菲陷入深深的失望，她不想失去姐姐和失而复得的家。此时，多情的黄先生流露出的暧昧让小菲找到了报复的缺口，然而报复和欲望并没有带给她所期望快感……

　　英伦喜剧[大叔花样游泳队](Swimming With Men，暂译)卡司曝光，除主演罗伯·布莱顿外，吉姆·卡特(《唐顿庄园》)、鲁珀特·格雷夫斯、简·霍洛克斯([荒唐阿姨大电影])加盟，导演奥利弗·帕克([憨豆特工2])。影片围绕中年男主(布莱顿饰)加入一支大叔组成的业余游泳队的故事展开。明年英国上映。

　　该片是以现在的 商界奇才“史玉柱”为原型人物的创业 故事进行多次改编而成。

　　韦一鸣是一名冷酷无情的杀手，一次，他要杀死一个背叛了老大的人，这个人有一个女儿阿雪，于是，韦一鸣将阿雪托付给了自己的女友阿慧抚养，而他自己则前往美国避避风头。一晃眼十四年过去，黑道的格局早已经改变，帮会早已经成为了老二的天下，而老大的儿子阿杰也常常同老二的儿子阿宗之间擦枪走火。
　　一次，阿宗抓住了阿杰，韦一鸣不得不前往营救，与此同时，不明真相的阿雪深深的爱上了韦一鸣，当她知道韦一鸣其实是自己的杀父仇人后，崩溃的阿雪选择了了结自己的生命，所幸得到了韦一鸣的救助，而阿雪也就此知道了自己的养母和韦一鸣之间的关系。

　　改编自英国作家艾克利的小说，讲述自己晚年与新收牧羊犬苦乐交缠的生活。狗狗时而神经质，时而狗性流露，人狗之间，有点像情人，又有点像父女，细致温馨。Roger Ebert再次为这部电影亮出了满分。
