　　2023年10月28日，演员马修·派瑞在洛杉矶家中被发现死亡的消息震惊了全世界。在他的回忆录《老友、爱人和大麻烦》中，他讲述了自己与毒瘾斗争的故事。当时发现他体内含有氯胺酮，许多人认为他死于药物过量。近一年后，检察机关爆出震惊消息：包括派瑞的同住私人助理、两名药物医生以及一名被称为“氯胺酮女王”的好莱坞毒品贩子在内的五人，因涉嫌密谋非法提供氯胺酮给派瑞而被起诉。该纪录片深入探讨了此案，目前两名被告已表示不认罪，正在等待审判。
