　　In this third installment of the __APOS__Pusher__APOS__ trilogy, we follow Milo (Zlatko Buric), the drug lord from the two first films. He is aging, he is planning his daughter__APOS__s 25th birthday and his shipment of heroin turns out to be 10.000 pills of ecstasy. When Milo tries to sell the pills anyway, all Hell breaks loose. 　　A man comes into possession of an ancient Aztec doll. However, the doll is possessed by an evil spirit, which takes over his body.

　　故事发生在哥本哈根，里奥（金·波德尼亚 Kim Bodnia 饰）是一名生活在那里的平凡男子。从普世的角度来看，里奥是一个彻头彻尾的失败者。无论是工作、家庭还是生活，里奥总是有本事将它们变得一团糟。在这个节骨眼上，里奥的妻子丽芙（丽芙·考菲克森 Liv Corfixen 饰）告诉他，自己怀孕了，这意料之外的孩子对于里奥来说无异于雪上加霜，他连自己都养不活，又有何德又能来抚养一个婴儿呢？

　　克莱儿（莎拉·派克斯顿 Sara Paxton 饰）和卢克（派特·希利 Pat Healy 饰）是一家有着悠久历史的洋基旅舍（Yankee Pedlar）的店员，无尽长夜中，两人插科打诨，海阔天空神聊，顺便应付各种各样的客人。这家旅舍以闹鬼著称，传说曾有个名叫玛德琳·奥马利的新娘，在旅舍举行婚礼的当天上吊自杀。店主害怕影响生意，于是偷偷藏起尸体长达三天时间。事发后店主引起民众的愤慨，而闹鬼的传言也不胫而走。克莱儿与卢克架起摄像机拍摄旅社的超自然画面，并试图探访鬼魂的真面目，这个糟糕的决定将他们带入万劫不复……

　　东京湾岸区连续发生杀人事件，被害者皆为溺死，警方的调查毫无进展。警官吉冈（役所广司饰）在事发现场找到一枚纽扣，回家后却发现自己的外衣正好掉了一粒同样的扣子。其他的蛛丝马迹也表明与自己有关，他开始怀疑自己就是凶手。为此吉冈苦恼万分，而恋人春江（小西真奈美饰）却表现得十分冷淡。重返凶案现场的吉冈，听到了诡异可怕的声音，并见到一名红衣女子（叶月里绪奈饰）。女子告诉吉冈，15年前，她曾为他所爱并被他亲手杀死。
　　吉冈独自来到精神医生高木（小田切让饰）那里求助，多年的老同事宫地（伊原刚志饰）也开始怀疑吉冈，他徘徊在友情和职责之间难以做出抉择。吉冈的生活渐被击碎，他打开了连接过去和现在的秘密……

　　Duane Bradley从小是一位连体双胞胎，他的双胞胎兄弟因身体极度变形，在父母和医生商量后，被切除了。可是，Duane却从垃圾堆里把“他”给捡了回来，“他”也得以存活。电影一开始，Duane到了纽约住了一间旅馆，他只有一件行李——篮子，怪胎就住在这个篮子里，他们要对当年进行手术的医生进行报复。

　　在自己深爱的父亲去死之后，9岁的乔伊发现自己处于一连串怪象之中包括心灵遥感，来自坟墓的电话还有险恶的口技长演者假人的残酷杀人本能但是相关部门到远调查乔伊的怪象的时候他释放出超自然的恐怖能量，科学家们对此无法理解而东手无策…只有这个小男孩有希望能让一切停止....

　　Michael is a successful actor, but he has a scandal in his past: at a tender age he knifed his father to death. He and his girlfriend Deborah go to his mother__APOS__s for the weekend, and are joined by the director and others from a recent film project, who are given a rather cool reception by the superstitious housekeeper Oliver. Soon rude things begin happening to some of the guests, and Michael fears a repeat of his nightmare past is in progress
