　　2008年1月24日获国家电影局摄制许可证。该片历经七年七个繁殖期，采用高清磁带记录方式完成素材拍摄。影片讲述了一只黑尾鸥由出生到长大的艰难历程，期间经历了丧父之痛、失兄之痛直到最后失去母亲成为孤儿，在生与死的边缘挣扎的故事。影片采用实拍的原始方式，忠实的在客观存在的基础上完成故事的情节发展记录。
